Given that the publication of the financial statements is not a mandatory requirement for foundations such as Stichting Investor Loss Compensation and that the Foundation has a legally relevant, strategic interest in preventing the defendants from gaining insight into its budget and expenditure, the Board of the Foundation has decided not to publish the financial statements on the Foundation’s website.

The Foundation has published its governance report for the year 2024 and an updated version of the Claim Code Compliance Document. We refer to its contents for an overview of the Foundation’s activities over the past year.
