The legal proceedings against Airbus, its responsible executives and auditor continue with an oral hearing before the The Hague Court of Appeal.
The hearing follows the exchange of written submissions by the parties and deals with the question of admissibility of the Foundation. The hearing is open for the public and will start at 10h00 AM.
